Watermelon & feta screams summer! The perfect simple salad to add to your menu for all those summer BBQ’s you’ve got lined up. Watermelon is mostly made up of water which can help detoxify the body by removing excess fluids. It also contains an antioxidant called Lycopene which can support heart health as well as men’s health, particularly prostate health.

4 cups

Seedless Watermelon

cubed

1/2

English Cucumber

seeded and sliced

1 small

Red Onion

thinly sliced

1/4 cup

Extra-virgin Olive Oil

1/2 cup

Feta Cheese

crumbled

1/2 tsp

Sea Salt

Instructions

In a large salad bowl, add all ingredients and mix to combine. Taste and add more salt if needed.

Divide into individual salad bowls/plates and enjoy! Serve with your favourite protein like chicken, steak or fish.

Store in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
