Skillet Turkey Meatballs

Turkey contains an amino acid called tryptophan, which helps to regulate sleep. It also has selenium which is an antioxidant that helps to boost immunity, regulate thyroid function, and support a healthy heart.

Lean Ground Turkey

1small

White Onion

1/4cup

Fresh Parsley

2large

Garlic Cloves

1/4tsp

Sea Salt

Egg

1/4cup

Gluten-Free Bread Crumbs

2Tbsp

Avocado Oil

Instructions

In a large bowl, add the turkey and all other ingredients. Mix well to combine.

Form turkey into meatballs roughly around the size of a golf ball.

Cook for about 3 minutes and then flip them over. Cook for another 3 minutes. Continue to flip them over on all sides and cook each of those sides for 3 minutes. Each side will be golden brown and look crispy! Depending on your pan, you might need to cook them a little bit longer.

Serve with salad, zucchini noodles and tomato sauce, in a pita, etc.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
