Lemon & Dill Sauteed Snow Peas

Peas don’t need to be boring. It’s time to kick them up a notch with some flavour so you can actually enjoy them! Lemon, dill, and garlic together is like a match made in heaven.

Ingredients

2 Tbsp

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

4 cups

Snow Peas

1/2 tsp

Sea Salt

1/4 tsp

Black Pepper

1/2

Lemon

juiced

2

Garlic Cloves

2 tsp

Dried Dill

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium-low heat.

Add the peas and coat them in the oil. Add half of the salt, black pepper and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, garlic, dill and saute for another 2-3 minutes.

Sprinkle the remaining salt on top and serve. Enjoy!

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
