Banana Yogurt Popsicles

These hit the spot if you’re looking for a sweet treat, but also some nutrients! I used sheep yogurt, which is often easier to digest than cow’s milk yogurt. It also has more protein. These are most definitely kid friendly, too!

Ingredients

1 cup

Coconut Milk

1 cup

Frozen Banana

1 cup

Sheep Yogurt

Medjool Dates

2 Tbsp

Cashew Butter

1 tsp

Pure Vanilla Extract

1/4 tsp

Sea Salt

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Pour into paper cups and add a popsicle stick to each.

Freeze for 6 hours.

When ready to eat, rip paper off.

Note: If the popsicle sticks won’t stay put, freeze for 10 minutes and then add the sticks.

Substitutions: Use coconut yogurt to make them dairy-free.
