Unsweetened Oat Milk

Bovine Collagen
1 tsp
Maple Syrup

1 rounded tsp
Red Raspberry Leaf Tea

STEEP: the nettle tea and red raspberry leaf tea for three minutes in a large mug.

STEAM: or froth the oat milk with the collagen powder and maple syrup.

POUR: the steamed milk mixture over the tea.

Substitutions: If you can't have oat milk you can use any other milk alternative.
