Blackstrap Molasses

Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon

Nutmeg

Allspice

Brewed Espresso
2 Tbsp
Whipped Cream

In a small saucepan, add the milk, molasses, maple syrup and spices. Stir to combine. Once warmed, pour into a mug and stir in the espresso. Top with whipped cream and enjoy!

Notes: To make it dairy-free, use a dairy-free milk alternative and a whipped cream alternative. You can top your drink with a crumbled gingerbread cookie for more flavour!
