Concord Grapes are such a special, seasonal treat in Ontario. The mixture of flavours and textures in this dish makes it a great appetizer or starter dish for your next gathering. Simple, elegant and easy to prepare!

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350°. Add your ball of burrata to a serving dish and leave at room temperature while you prepare your grapes.

  2. 2

Wash your grapes and place on a baking sheet, add the olive oil, salt, thyme and balsamic vinegar. Roast the grapes for 15 minutes or until the grapes begin to burst.

  3. 3

Gently spoon the roasted grapes over the burrata. Add chopped hazelnuts on top. Garnish with extra thyme. Serve immediately with crackers or grilled bread.
