Raw Pistachios
plus extra for garnish
1/2 cup
Cashew Milk

Bananas
med, chopped
1 Tbsp
Coconut Oil

Dark Chocolate

Add the pistachios to a food processor and process on high for about 3 to 5 minutes. You want the pistachios to start to turn into butter.

Add the milk and pulse a few times before processing fully for 30 seconds.

Add the bananas and process for an additional 30 seconds or until completely smooth.

Divide the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for about 4 hours or until frozen.

In a double boiler, add the coconut oil and chocolate and melt, stirring frequently.

Remove the popsicles from the molds and drizzle the melted chocolate on the popsicles. Garish with the extra chopped pistachios. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy!

Note: If you don't like or cant find cashew milk any milk will do.
