For Juicer: Begin by thoroughly washing your produce with cold water.

Add all of your ingredients to your juicer. Strain your juice with a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag and serve.

For Blender: Wash your produce thoroughly with cold water.

Combine all ingredients and 1 cup of water into a blender. Blend together at high speed for 1 minute.
