Ingredients

11kg package

Frozen Chicken Wings

1/4cup

Toasted Sesame Oil

1/4cup

Coconut Aminos

3heaping tsp

Liquid Honey

4

Garlic Cloves

1/4tsp

Sea Salt

1Tbsp

Sesame Seeds

2Tbsp

Green Onions

Instructions

1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2

Spread wings out on baking sheet. You can cook them from frozen.*

3

Bake for 20 minutes on each side. Keep the oven on as you will be putting the wings back in the oven with the sauce.

4

While the wings are baking, prepare sauce. In a small bowl, add the sesame oil, coconut aminos, liquid honey, minced garlic, sea salt and mix well to combine.

5

In a large bowl, add the cooked wings and then pour the sauce over them. Use a large spoon to toss them.

6

Place back on baking sheet one by one. Bake for 10 minutes on each side. Turn off oven and keep the wings in there.

7

In a small saucepan on low heat, pour the rest of the sauce from the bowl in the saucepan and heat up for about 5 minutes while stirring constantly so it doesn’t burn. Let the sauce cool for 1-2 minutes to thicken up.

8

Take the wings out of the oven and place them in the same mixing bowl you used to add the sauce the first time. Pour the sauce from the saucepan all over the wings and use a spoon to toss them.

9

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with green onion.

10

Serve with fries, rice, salad, whatever you fancy!
