Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup
Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup
Shredded Coconut
1 tsp
Ground Cinnamon

Cardamom
1/2 tsp
Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp
Allspice
1/4 tsp
Sea Salt
1/3 cup
Maple Syrup
1/4 cup
Tahini
2 Tbsp
Melted Coconut Oil

Preheat oven to 300 ℉ and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, coconut, spices and salt.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, tahini, melted coconut oil, orange juice and orange zest.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir to combine. Spread the granola out of the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then toss the granola and bake for another 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool completely before transferring to an air tight container.
