Decadence is the name of the game with this rich, smooth and satisfying vegetarian pudding recipe whose secret green ingredient packs a serious nutritional punch. The main ingredient in this pudding is avocado, which is a fantastic source of fibre, heart-healthy fats and anti-inflammatory phytosterols. Paired with collagen, this treat is packed with protein and perfect for keeping blood sugar in check while indulging.

Collagen (bovine) Protein Powder

Cacao Powder

Maple Syrup

Instructions

PROCESS: all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth, scraping down the sides of the container as needed.

CHILL: the pudding until ready to eat.

Substitutions: To make sugar free, use stevia or monk fruit sweetener. If you don't have collagen you can use unflavoured protein powder or omit completely. If you are vegan just omit the collagen.
