Canned Full-Fat Coconut Milk
1/2 cup
Filtered Water
1 cup
Frozen Cherries
1 cup
Frozen Cauliflower Florets
1/4 cup
Raw Cashews
soaked and rinsed
1/4
Lemon
juiced
1 pinch
Sea Salt
1 scoop
Vanilla Protein Powder

Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid to reach desired consistency. Taste and adjust flavour as needed (ie. lemon juice).

Notes: Cut a whole cauliflower into florets, steam, cool and then freeze for smoothies. If you are sensitive to raw vegetables, steaming beforehand can be helpful. Soak cashews in filtered water for at least 30 minutes. This recipe was tested using vanilla bone broth collagen protein powder. You can use any vanilla protein powder of your choice.
