This is the perfect smoothie for a bright, refreshing pick me up! Loaded with healthy fats, fiber and antioxidants to help you feel good and satisfied!

Frozen Blueberries

1/2cup

Frozen Caulifower

2Tbsp

Coconut Milk

2Tbsp

Hemp Hearts

1Tbsp

Chia Seed

1tsp

Ginger

Lime

1pinch

Sea Salt

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

**Batch prep this recipe by combining all of the ingredients (except liquid) in a freezer bag. Simply pop the bag into a blender and top with liquid for an instant satisfying snack on the go.

For extra protein add a scoop of your favourite protein powder. To add more carbohydrates add 1 frozen banana. If you're avoiding cruciferous veggies omit the cauliflower and substitute 1/2 cup frozen zucchini.
