I know what you’re thinking, cauliflower in a smoothie, what? You can’t taste it! It gives your smoothie a little serving of veggies instead of having to add greens all the time. Also, the basil is a fun addition that is super subtle.

Frozen Blueberries

1/2cup

Frozen Banana

1/2cup

Frozen Caulifower

2Tbsp

Cashew Butter

2scoops

Collagen

4leaves

Fresh Basil

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Note: add more liquid if needed.
