This easy to make snack will ensure perfect guacamole every time. Avocados are loaded with minerals, vitamins and healthy fats that help keep you satiated.

    In a medium sized bowl, add the pitted avocado and mash with a fork, leaving some slightly chunky for texture. Add in the jalapeño, red onion and lime juice and stir to combine. Add in the sea salt, red pepper flakes and chopped cilantro and mix once more.     Substitutions: Less heat/no pepper: Omit the jalapeño and red pepper flakes. For serving: this is best served right away before the guacamole turns brown. No cilantro: omit. No red onion: use another type of onion.
