Craving banana bread but don’t want to make a whole loaf? Try this easy, banana bread mug cake instead! Using a mug and some simple ingredients, you can have a single serve cake ready in 5 minutes. This is great for diabetes, kosher, plant-based diets, low sugar and gluten-free diets.

1/3 cup

Banana

mashed

2 Tbsp

Almond Butter

1/4 tsp

Vanilla Extract

1 Tbsp

Coconut Sugar

2 Tbsp

Oat Milk

3 1/2 Tbsp

Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour

1/4 tsp

Baking Powder

1/8 tsp

Sea Salt

1 pinch

Ground Cinnamon

1 Tbsp

Dairy-free Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

1 1/2 Tbsp

Rawcology Chocolate With Raw Cacao Raw Crunch Granola

Instructions

In a wide microwave safe mug, combine the mashed banana, almond butter, vanilla, coconut sugar and milk and mix well to combine.

Add the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and whisk well until combined. Add in the chocolate chips and mix and then top with granola.

Place in your microwave and cook on high for about 70-90 seconds. Time will vary depending on your microwave.

Let cool for a few minutes before eating. Top with additional granola if desired. Enjoy!
