Cut the sweet potato into slabs, then cut into fries, keeping the size as equal as possible.

Preheat the oven to 425ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, add the sweet potato fries along with the arrowroot. Toss to combine. Then drizzle the olive oil and add the spices and salt. Mix well with your hands, ensuring they are all covered equally.

Add the fries to the baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out and the fries aren’t touching.

Place int he oven to bake for 20 minutes, remove, flip the fries and rotate the pan. Place back in the oven for 13 to 15 minutes longer, until crispy.

Season with salt as needed. Enjoy!

Substitutions: No olive oil: use avocado oil. No arrowroot powder: use cornstarch. No sweet potatoes: use russet potatoes instead.
