These anti-nausea popsicles were my best friend throughout my second pregnancy, where I was blessed with 24/7 nausea until the day I delivered. They are cold, tart and a little bit sweet, the perfect combination for combating nausea. They are also soothing and hydrating, and contain ginger, which has been beneficial in helping to manage pregnancy-associated nausea and vomiting in some studies. These morning sickness popsicles are made by blending refreshing pineapple and sweet raspberries with electrolyte-loaded hydrating coconut water and nausea-busting ginger!

Ingredients

1 juiced

Lime

1/2 cup

Fresh Raspberries

1 cup

Coconut Water

1 cup

Pineapple Chunks

1 tsp

Ginger

minced or grated

Instructions

Add all ingredients except for raspberries to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

Mix in whole raspberries and pour into popsicle molds, dividing mixture equally into 6 popsicles.

Freeze, enjoy – and hopefully feel better! Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.

Substitutions/Omissions: Substitute 1 tbsp of lemon or lime concentrate for fresh lemon and lime. Swap out pineapple and/or raspberries for fruit of your choice! Mango, strawberry or peaches would be great choices. Don’t have/like coconut water? Substitute water or juice! Simply omit ginger if you prefer.
