These classic cheeseburger sliders are perfect for serving to a crowd, letting everyone pick their own toppings to go along with them. Serve them in a lettuce wrap for a low-carb slider option.

Instructions

  1. 1

Divide the beef into 2 oz balls and set aside.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickles and salt and pepper.

  3. 3

Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until nice and hot.

  4. 4

Season the beef with salt right before cooking.

  5. 5

Place four to five balls on the skillet and then place a small piece of parchment paper over top of the ball and place down with a spatula until flattened to your liking. Repeat with remaining balls. Cook until charred on one side, about two minutes and then flip and cook another two minutes, adjusting the heat as needed.

  6. 6

Remove the burgers and top with cheese.

  7. 7

Add the sliders to the lettuce leaves and top with sauce. Close the lettuce over top and secure with toothpicks if needed. Enjoy!

  8. 8

Substitutions: Dairy-free: use a dairy free cheese or omit. No lettuce leaves: use buns of your choice.
