Nothing like a leftover pot roast sandwich. It’s like it’s better the next day! The gravy from the pot roast drippings is seriously like the icing on the cake. It is most definitely a messy one but it’s better that way!

Instructions

  1. 1

Cut the sourdough bun almost all the way in half but leave some intact so that it holds the meat.

  2. 2

Load up the leftover pot roast meat onto the bun.

  3. 3

In a small saucepan on medium-low heat, heat up the gravy.

  4. 4

Pour it on the sandwich and that’s it! You can add other toppings like cheese, horseradish, caramelized onions.
