Enjoy this warming hot chocolate smoothie during the colder months to stay hydrated. Plus this smoothie is packed with fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals. For easier digestion, you can let the oats soak in the water overnight in the fridge and then blend everything together.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups

Flow Alkaline Spring Water

1/2 cup

Rolled Oats

1 scoop

Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder

1 large handful

Baby Spinach

2 Tbsp

Cocoa Powder

1/2

Banana

1 Tbsp

Peanut Butter

1 pinch

Cinnamon Powder

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until very smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

Pour the mixture back into your blender and into cups or mugs. Enjoy warm!
