Flow Alkaline Spring Water
1/2 cup
Rolled Oats
1 scoop
Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
1 large handful
Baby Spinach
2 Tbsp
Cocoa Powder
1/2
Banana
1 Tbsp
Peanut Butter
1 pinch
Cinnamon Powder
1
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until very smooth. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.

Pour the mixture back into your blender and into cups or mugs. Enjoy warm!
