Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!

**Batch prep this recipe by combining all of the ingredients (except liquid) in a freezer bag. Simply pop the bag into a blender and top with liquid for an instant satisfying snack on the go.

For extra protein add a scoop of your favourite protein powder. To add more carbohydrates add 1 frozen banana. If you're avoiding cruciferous veggies omit the cauliflower and substitute 1/2 cup frozen zucchini.
