A fresh marinated seafood salad with creamy avocado

Ingredients

Fresh Halibut

cubed

Raw Shrimp

cubed

Lime

juiced

1/3 cup

Pickled Jalapeno Peppers

diced

1/4 cup

Pickled Jalapeno Juice

1/3 cup

Red Onion

diced

Roma Tomato

diced

Avocado

halved

1/4 cup

Cilantro

leaves

1 tsp

Sea Salt

Instructions

In a bowl combine the halibut, peeled and deveined shrimp, jalapeno, onion, lime juice and salt. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours, and up to 6 hours.

To serve, toss the lime cooked fish mixture with cilantro and tomatoes; then spoon over avocado halves.
