Packed with tons of vitamins and minerals, especially vitamin C, this smoothie is great for boosting your immunity, especially during the winter months.

Water

Fresh Orange Juice
1/2cup
Frozen Cauliflower
1/2
Frozen Banana
11-inch piece
Turmeric
11 1/2-inch piece
Ginger
1scoop
Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/2Tbsp
Chia Seeds
Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Orange juice: use any other type of citrus instead of orange. Cauliflower: use fresh instead, or omit. Protein powder: use collagen, or another protein powder instead, or omit. Chia seeds: omit, or use ground flax seeds instead. A 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric and ginger powder can be used instead of fresh.
