Lime Zest

Honey

Tajin Spice
1/8 tsp
Kosher Salt
2 cups
Strawberries
quartered

Pineapple
chopped
1/4 small
Red Onion
finely chopped

Serrano Pepper
chopped
1/3 cup
Mint
chopped
1/3 cup
Basil
chopped

In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, zest, honey, tajin and salt and mix well.

Add in all remaining ingredients and stir to combine.

Store in the fridge or serve right away. Enjoy!

Substitutions: Less heat: omit the serrano, or use a milder pepper such as jalapeño and omit the seeds. No red onion: omit. No honey: omit, depending on the sweetness of the fruit, you may not need any. No tajin: omit.
