Fresh herbs and citrus pair perfectly with savoury olives in this dish. Use these olives on your next charcuterie board or pack them in a jar to bring along your next dinner party. Either way you serve them, this dish is guaranteed to be a hit.

Mixed Olives
pitted
4 sprigs
Fresh Rosemary

Garlic cloves
peeled and crushed

Red Chili Pepper
seeded and sliced
1/2
Orange
juiced
1/4 cup
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Toss olives together with all ingredients.

Add olive mix to a baking tray. Cover and let cook for 45 minutes.

Uncover and let cook another 15-20 minutes.
