Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth, using a tamper or scraping down the sides of the blender as required.

Substitutions: Substitute peanut butter for the nut butter of your choice - almond and cashew butters work great in this recipe! Nut free? Substitute sunflower seed butter or tahini in place of peanut butter. Omit either hemp hearts or chia seeds if you prefer!
