pitted

Fresh Rosemary

Garlic cloves
peeled and crushed

Red Chili Pepper
seeded and sliced

Orange

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Toss olives together with all ingredients.

Add olive mix to a baking tray. Cover and let cook for 45 minutes.

Uncover and let cook another 15-20 minutes.
