This Hot Immune Tonic is packed with bioflavonoids which are great for the immune system, as well as anti-inflammatory properties which can be great for an irritated respiratory system. You may enjoy this tonic warmed up or cold.

JUICE: all of the ingredients using a high-powered juicer. You may also try blending all ingredients with a bit of water and straining them through a cheesecloth or nutmilk bag.

WARM: the juice slightly on the stovetop.

Substitutions: If you can't find turmeric root you can use a sprinkle of powder instead.
