This gluten-free gravy recipe comes together quickly and is the perfect accompaniment to any protein main dish.

Poultry Drippings
1 cup
Turkey Stock
1 Tbsp
Tapioca Starch
1/4 tsp
Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp
Thyme
1/2 tsp
Sage
Instructions

In a small pot, bring the poultry drippings to a gentle boil. Make a slurry with the water or stock and tapioca starch in a small bowl. Slowly add the slurry to the pot and whisk well. Add the salt, thyme and sage. Cook until the gravy thickens.
