If you’re looking for a simple crowd pleaser at your next BBQ, these BBQ Chicken Wings are a healthier alternative to fried or breaded wings. Chicken wings are not only one of the best foods to BBQ but they are also an excellent source of vitamins A, D, E, K and iron. This recipe uses a dry brine which will help make the wings crispier without the need for breading or frying.
