If you think of your average brownie or cookie, you know that they are typically high in sugar and almost void of any nutritional value. This recipe flips the script and offers about 12 grams of protein in each cookie, is lower in carbs, doesn’t have any added sugar and it’s a cookie and brownie in one! This brownie cookie contains collagen which is for stronger hair, nails, joints and better looking skin. Lastly, this cookie is the ultimate period craving buster, as it is high in iron and contains magnesium which can help alleviate cramps.
