The perfect dip to serve at a party or to bring along for a picnic! Fun for dipping pita bread, vegetables or tortilla chips in (or all of them!).
Instructions

Remove the stems from the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Brush with 1 tbsp of olive oil.

Heat the grill on medium-high heat and grill the peppers until they are charred on each side, about 4-5 minutes.

Roughly chop the grilled peppers then add them to a food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

Pour into a bowl and drizzle more olive oil on top and chili flakes, if desired.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
