Here’s a better for you (and easy) version of a peppermint mocha you can whip up at home in 5 minutes! It is paleo friendly and gives you some healthy fats from the coconut milk.

Instructions

    In your favourite cup, add the espresso shots, cacao powder, maple syrup, peppermint, and warmed coconut milk.

    Froth with handheld frother or add everything to your blender.

  3. 3

    Top with coconut whipped cream for an extra decadent drink. Serve and enjoy!

    Notes: The peppermint used for this recipe is “peppermint flavour” vs. peppermint extract. You can find it at most health food stores.

    Substitutions: Use dairy free milk of choice. Make it caffeine free by using a coffee alternative.
