This flat bread isn’t your average, as it can be used in many ways. You can cut it into pieces and use it to dunk in your favourite dips, roll it up as a wrap or use it as a tortilla for taco night.

3/4 cup

Cassava Flour

1/4 tsp

Sea Salt

1/2 tsp

Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp

Onion Powder

1/2 tsp

Paprika

1/2 cup

Warm Water

2 Tbsp

Avocado Oil

Instructions

In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together cassava flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika powder.

Add the warm water and avocado oil and mix with your hands until the dough forms a ball.

Divide the ball into 6 pieces.

Using 2 pieces of parchment paper, roll each ball in-between the sheets in order to form a circle.

Heat a skillet on medium-high heat.

Place flattened bread on the skillet and let cook on each side for approximately 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

I recommend eating this right away however you can store these in the fridge for 2 days or the freezer for up to a month.

Note: You can substitute the avocado oil with olive oil if you prefer.
