This sweet and spicy smoothie comes together quickly to provide an abundance of warming goodness. Perfectly creamy and satisfying this recipe helps to encourage digestion, circulation and healing. This smoothie is a perfect snack or treat for those recovering from surgery or postpartum. You can easily make these ahead of time by storing all ingredients (except milk) together in freezer bags for easy grab and go options.
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
