Smoked Salmon Bagel Sandwich
Recipe by Tina Gravalos
The perfect breakfast for anyone on the go! It’s easy to whip up and will help fuel your morning with some protein and healthy fats. Smoked salmon is a good source of protein, vitamin D, healthy fats and several B vitamins. It is an excellent addition to any diet as it helps support heart health, bone health and brain health, to name a few. Not avoiding dairy or gluten? Use a regular bagel and cream cheese instead!
Spread 1 tablespoon of chives & garlic cashew spread on the bottom of a toasted bagel. Layer with cucumber slices, smoked salmon and onion rings.
Top with capers and then spread the remaining chives & garlic cashew spread on the top half of the bagel and place it over top to make your sandwich.
Cut in half and enjoy.
