This dairy-free London fog is perfect for a cozy day in or a midday pick me up. Use either loose leaf early grey or a teabag for steeping.
Steep your tea in the hot water for 3 to 5 minutes.
Heat your milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot, add vanilla. Froth with a handheld frother or whisk. Alternatively, you can blend in a blender to get frothy.
Add the honey to your steeped tea and pour the milk on top. Garnish with edible lavender or edible flowers. Enjoy!
Substitutions: Use any type of milk. No vanilla: omit. No honey: use another type of sweetener.
