Fried Egg & Avocado Toast

My favourite way to enjoy avocado toast is with a crispy fried egg! Top your toast with nutritional yeast, everything bagel seasoning and chili flakes and you’re in for a real treat.

    Heat a small skillet over medium heat, add extra virgin olive oil. Once hot, crack the egg into the skillet and cook for a few minutes, until the edges are crispy and the yolk is to your preference. Season with salt. Remove and set aside.

    Mash the avocado on your toast, top with everything bagel seasoning, nutritional yeast and chili flakes. Add salt as needed.

    Serve toast alongside the egg. Enjoy!

    Substitutions: No egg, omit. No nutritional yeast, omit or use parmesan. No chili flakes, omit.
