Cherry Coconut Popsicles
Recipe by Tina Gravalos
Easy 5 ingredient popsicles! They are creamy with a pop of colour and flavour from the delicious cherry chunks. Cherries are loaded with antioxidants, fibre and other nourishing nutrients. They are anti-inflammatory and can support various health concerns. For example, heart related concerns. They can help to reduce risk factors like high blood pressure, high triglycerides and abnormal cholesterol levels.
In a bowl, add the coconut yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla and stir to combine.
Add the cherries and mix them in.
Using popsicle molds, pour the mix into each mold.
Freeze for 5-6 hours.
Substitutions: If you don't have coconut milk you can use water, oat milk or any other non-dairy milk.
