Bedtime Tonic

When it comes to getting a good night’s rest, calming herbs and a bedtime routine are key ingredients. This Bedtime Tonic is designed to give you both. Unwind with warm almond milk and honey, infused with soothing herbs like chamomile and vanilla. Bring a little bit of mindfulness to your night by taking fifteen minutes to be present with the process. We can’t guarantee that you’ll sleep better, but we can guarantee some added coziness to your evening.

    Bring water to a near-boil. Add in chamomile, cardamom, and cinnamon. Let steep 3 minutes.

    Add all ingredients, including steeped herbs and water, to a medium pot. Heat over low heat for 10 minutes.

    Strain herbs from liquid. Serve warm.
